The company has total assets of 120 million RMB. It is the first enterprise in Guangdong Province which has acquired the pharmaceutical packaging registration from the State Food AND Drug Administration. The company’s “Shensu” brand PVC sheet products is one of the domestic leading brands with the largest domestic market share in the industry. Its products are widely sold both at home and abroad. |
The formerly of Taliesinpack Science And Technology Development Co.,Ltd is known as Shenzhen Petrochemical Plastic Group which was founded in 1983. It is located in Shenzhen special economic zone, a beautiful and prosperous city with developed industry and commerce. The company covers an area of 25,000 square meters and its building area is nearly 40,000 square meters, among which 30,000 square meters are plant area. It has built five factory buildings according to different functions, among which two were upgraded to meet the Class 10000 clean-room requirements and can be used for produce inner packaging material for medical use. The company also owns six PVC sheet calendaring lines, one medicinal PTP aluminum foil printing coating machines, two PP/PS sheets casing production lines, as well as various types of slitting machine, punching machine, cutting machine and other accessories. The company has an annual output of nearly 40,000 tons of various types of packaging materials and products, including 15,000 tons of medicinal PVC, 600 tons of medicinal PTP aluminum foil and so on. We are building a PVDC production line to meet the requirements of high quality products.
With integrated quality guarantee system , The company has been accredited with ISO9001 Conformity of Quality Management System since 1996. The company has a specialized quality guarantee department and has built up a special physical testing lab, a chemical testing lab, a microbiology lab, a blister packaging testing lab, a rheological measurement lab, etc. The company has various kinds of characterization instruments to meet the physiochemical and hygiene properties testing of pharmaceutical, plastic sheets for food packaging, medicinal PTP aluminum foil and various types of sheet materials. Besides, the company can conduct analysis and testing of various types of raw materials and auxiliaries. Product Application
With plastic processing technology, its main advantage is its ability to vacuum form as a permanent smooth plastic sheet molded to the inner surface by heating and softening. The technology is widely used in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, electronics, lighting, advertising, decoration, etc. The main advantages of skin packaging are light weight, ease of transport, good sealing performance, it minimizes the use of raw materials and satisfies environmental green packaging requirements; it is capable of packaging of any shaped products without additional cushioning materials; In addition, the packaging is transparent and attractive, so highly suitable for marketing, it is suitable for mechanization and automation processes, thus facilitating modern management methods, saving manpower and improving efficiency.
PVC pharmaceutical packaging materials enjoy advantages such as easy molding and easy sealing with PTP aluminum foil, excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier properties and a robust bubble cap after molding. Providing good support and protection to contents, it is mainly used in packaging of foods and solid oral drugs (inner packaging for capsules, tablets and exterior packaging for injection drugs and oral liquids). PVC is very stable and reacts to only a very small number of chemical solvents and generally it does not react with solid materials, so food and drug safety can be guaranteed.

In pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum foil has applications as blister pack (PTP), strip packaging, aluminum plastic combination cap, aluminum plastic sealing gasket and double skin aluminum packaging, with aluminum plastic blister pack as the main application.
